Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
  • Management and resolve customer complaints
  • Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable softwar
  • Process orders, forms, and application
  • Route calls to appropriate resources
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Upsell products and services
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Other duties as assigned

Eligiblity Criteria:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist with the production of the overall marketing plan for the coming year
  • Create and test new email marketing templates from the tool and communications
  • End to end execution of running email campaigns - which includes list handling, automation, email scheduling etc.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing/Digital, Tech, Product and sales teams to gather campaign assets, communication points, branding and obtain approvals prior to sending
  • Manage a contact database with multiple lists and take ownership of its cleaning and updates
  • Report on customer trends that relate to the company & industry
  • Analyse & report campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations to increase effectiveness
  • Brainstorm to create quality content and proofread any copy that needs reviewing
  • Conduct detailed competitor analysis reports for the direct/email marketing manager
  • Monitor competitors’ email campaigns and prepare benchmark reports
  • Assist with the day to day administration tasks with Digital Team

Eligiblity Criteria:

  • 2-3 years of email marketing experience with proven track record of increasing goal conversions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, English or any relevant stream
  • Knowledge of best practices for sending the emails & Automation setup.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, CRM tools & Email marketing tools like I Contact, Mail Chimp, etc.
  • Self-starter that can work within a time limit
  • Good copywriting and communication skills

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Create design based on the concept and brief
  • Offer options of layouts
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Amend designs to gain full approval of concerned

Eligiblity Criteria:

  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Designing or Fine Arts
  • Proficient in Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • English and Marathi typing
  • 1-2 years of experience in similar role

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide information to Guest on email regarding domestic and international holiday packages
  • Ensure that the holiday option is as per the Guest profile and requirement
  • Assist with booking and post booking processes

Eligiblity Criteria:

  • Bachelors Degree preferably in travel studies and/or Diploma/equivalent in travel and tourism
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar profile
  • Fresher’s can also apply

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist with the production of the overall marketing plan for the coming year
  • Process additional services, if any
  • Timely intimation to suppliers with regards to changes, if any
  • Negotiate rates for with suppliers for services taken on tour

Eligiblity Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in travel studies and/or Diploma/equivalent in travel and tourism
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar profile
  • Excellent communication skills
