Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Traveler
30+ days before trip: 75% refund. 15-30 days: 50% refund. 7-15 days: 25% refund. Less than 7 days: No refund.
Cancellation by Awaiting Adventures
If we cancel a trip due to insufficient participants or force majeure, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
No-Show Policy
Failure to show up at the departure point without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.
Partial Trip
If you leave a trip midway for personal reasons, no refund will be provided for unused services.
