Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment. Full payment must be made 15 days before the trip start date.
Cancellation Policy
30+ days before departure: 25% cancellation charge. 15-30 days: 50% charge. 7-15 days: 75% charge. Less than 7 days: No refund.
Trip Modifications
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. Alternative arrangements of equal value will be provided.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. WanderCraft is not liable for losses due to unforeseen circumstances.
Liability
Awaiting Adventures acts as a facilitator and is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages during the trip. Participants travel at their own risk.
Code of Conduct
Travelers are expected to respect local cultures, follow trip leader instructions, and maintain appropriate behavior. We reserve the right to exclude disruptive participants.
